LMM PE fair comp?
What is fair comp for LMM PE Aso1? Would 210K total comp be fair (105k+105k)?
This is for LMM fund in T2 MCOL city, $600M latest fund

LMM ranges so much. At $600m T2 yeah ~200k TC sounds fair. Other shops might give more base/less bonus or vice versa. Main thing is making sure hours and culture are better. Not worth the comp hit if hours are gonna be the same imo; you can find a better spot down the road.
Thanks. Yeah the hours are tough, they’re doing lots of small add-ons. But am currently at a pretty sweaty group so think it will be a small upgrade there
