Looking to share a 2BD/2BR in a safe neighborhood with doorman. I have a few buildings in mind and the rent would be in the range of $2,500 / person. I'm going to look for units with washer/dryers, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.

I work at a VC after doing my time in investment banking and PE. Quiet, clean and friendly, and at work most of the time....I have all the furniture for the living room so you'd only need to furnish your bedroom!
