Looking for a real infrastructure deal pipeline teaser book — pre-NDA multi-deal format
Hey all — been out of IB for a bit and working on a new mandate in water/utilities infrastructure. Looking to refresh my memory on format for a multi-deal pipeline book — the kind placement agents and infra advisory desks send to institutional investors pre-NDA, with multiple blind/anonymized deals in one document, each with headline metrics (equity ticket, IRR, DSCR, tenor, capacity etc.).
Not looking for a CIM or single-deal teaser — specifically the pipeline overview format where 5-8 deals sit in one deck, each getting half to one page, project names anonymized to codenames.
Anyone have a sanitized example from Macquarie, Rothschild, Lazard, Campbell Lutyens, Rede Partners or similar they can share? Even an old one is fine — just need to get the format and language right.
DMs open. Appreciate it.
Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems your request for a real infrastructure deal pipeline teaser book in a multi-deal format is quite specific. Unfortunately, there isn't a direct example or sanitized version of such a document available in the WSO dataset. However, you might consider exploring the following approaches:
Networking with Industry Professionals: Reach out to contacts at firms like Macquarie, Rothschild, Lazard, or Campbell Lutyens. They might be able to provide guidance or share a sanitized version of a pipeline teaser book.
WSO Resources: While the dataset doesn't include a direct example, WSO offers various financial modeling templates and training programs that could help you refine your approach to creating such documents. The "Modeling & Valuation Bootcamp" or the "Private Equity Master Package" might provide insights into structuring deal-related materials.
Forums and Discussions: Engage with the WSO forums under the Infrastructure Investment Banking or Private Equity sections. Posting your query there might connect you with someone who has access to the format you're seeking.
If you're looking for templates or training to build your own, WSO's financial modeling courses and templates could be a good starting point. Let me know if you'd like more details on those!
