Macquarie Capital vs Macquarie MIRA

I have an option to either work as a SA in MacCap or Macquarie MIRA (their PE arm) in the real estate group. Which do you think is a better opportunity overall. I know they are known for infrastructure making me think MIRA is better but I am still a little torn. Long story how I got both offers but I am seeking advice.
Thanks in advance
