A friend of mine looking to tap into the community knowledge. Anyone have any recommendations or references for mezz debt lenders to help fund an eCommerce acquisition that will be in between the $4-5M range?

The concept for Equity Value to Enterprise value and bridging between the two were fairly straight forward.
