MF vs LMM distressed fund

Odd position but am in final round of MF and a relatively new distressed fund (has achieved >25% IRR since beginning 4 years ago). The MF team is a notorious sweatshop while the distressed fund average leave time is 6pm (pretty good pay too). I liked banking but really disliked the hours so am more keen on the LMM but how bad a career move would this be?
