MF/UMM PE bonus guidance
How should you think about bonus guidance in MF / UMM PE, was told 100% of base but is this for an average performance and could be higher / lower, or is this just default or is it for a strong performance and there is downside risk. Wondering how certain it is compared to banking bonuses which have a lot of variance.

The short answer is that 100% bonus is for "meets expectations" performance. It could definitely be higher or lower (90% - 110%) if you really excel or really do not perform.

200% of base was pretty common when I was at MF for associate
Where on earth? 200% is not market for ASO1-3.
? 400k all in = 135k base + 260k bonus. Not precise numbers but not crazy..
