MM / LMM - sourcing (particularly U.K. and Europe)
What % of deals are through advisors? As Associate / Snr Associate, what are your sourcing expectations? Do you have an in house team? What tools do you use? Are you expected to find contact details, cold call etc?
Would welcome any other thoughts!
Kinda annoyed about sourcing expectations despite having five portfolio companies,having to do execution on top of that, and then all the other random shit like reporting, advisor meetings.
