What is typical for middle market PE comp for an Associate 1?
Firm with ~$1.5bn AUM, and a fund size between $750mm and $1bn?
Trying to gauge what the pay cut when moving from IB may look like.

Have seen a pretty big range this past year between 220-300, but most hover in the 250-270 range
Is there any wiggle room to negotiate or is what they offer you set?
