What is the market base salary and bonus for MM PE Associates 1 & 2 in NYC for 500-2bn funds?
Would this be different depending on the industry?

Huge difference between a $500M and $2B fund.
$500M would say $200-$240K with some nominal carry would be standard. Also more likely for this fund to be in a MCOL city vs. NY/SF.
$2B would expect $240K-$280K.
