Hey guys, I currently have an offer from a MM IB firm for full time and am going through the process of interviewing at a MM PE shop (~$700mm between 2-3 funds).
What are the pros and cons of going straight into a deal sourcing analyst position with a MM PE shop? Would that pigeonhole me into PE for my career? What are exit opps after 2-3 years of being a PE analyst?
