Anyone have any advise regarding who the best recruiters are to work with in the space?
I'm currently at a MM bank in a regional office as a second year analyst with a few deals closed. The majority of deals being from $200MM-600MM. However, I was fortunate enough to work on a $2.5Bn sell-side that closed last year with my team being the sole advisor.
I haven't had many in-bound and have had minimal luck with my out-bounds to the typical PE recruiters. Any advise would be appreciated!

Start cold calling the firms yourself. A lot of LMM and smaller MM hire ad hoc, so no traditional recruiting cycle for them.
