MS Fintech investment banking
Does anyone have any insight on the fintech group at Morgan Stanley? Is it a traditional coverage group? Are PE exits similar to other MS groups?

Fintech is done out of FIG at MS. Exits are pretty similar to other groups. Current class has people exiting to MF/UMM including KKR, Veritas, etc.

It depends. There's an analyst leaving for Stone Point (this is FIG specific shop) and there are others who are not going to FIG shops/groups. So, no one is necessarily limited to FIG specific exits.
Makes sense. Was concerned with getting pigeonholed into FIG, so that’s helpful.

Absolutely terrible, unfortunately. I believe this is the worst group at MS from a culture perspective.
