MSF -> M7 MBA
For the sake of this post, let’s pretend money is not an issue. Here’s my situation: I went to a top 25 ugrad, but partied too much and graduated w a 3.3. I recently was admitted into Georgetowns MSF program. If I went and got a high GPA (3.8+) and scored well on the GMAT, would I have a better chance of getting into an M7 MBA program? What are people’s thoughts on taking this route
Your undergrad GPA is what gets reported for rankings. High MSF GPA will ease concerns adcoms may have about you handling the workload, but from what I understand it's not a huge boost.
