Separated into a Primaries + Co-investment group, a Secondaries group, private credit, and some other specialty strategies. Strong reputation among similar platforms, my understanding is they're not competing with traditional buyout PE firms but rather groups like AlpInvest, Adams Street, HarbourVest. Large AUM and significant co-investment platform. Junior level comp is solid for PE, hours are solid for PE (i.e. closer to MM/UMM if we're comparing comp to direct buyout funds). Senior comp I have no idea but the senior people seem not to leave too often. Can be interesting work sometimes with the co-invest deal flow, exposure to a wide variety of asset classes/sectors (though that could be a negative potentially as well), and access to top GPs. People are chill and collegiate.
