No inbounds from headhunters

Do you guys keep getting inbounds from headhunters, specifically from top HH (CPI/Ratio/HSP)? Its been some times since I've gotten inbounds by them, and I wanted to see if its a general trend or if its just me? FYI, currently first year at MBB, so maybe this is just for consultant?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems that the frequency of inbound calls from headhunters can vary greatly. Factors such as your current role, your experience, and the market conditions can all play a part. As a first year at MBB, it's not unusual to have a quieter period.

However, it's also worth noting that some headhunters may miss you in their initial outreach, so it could be beneficial to reach out to them to get on their email distribution list. This proactive approach can ensure you're in the loop for any potential opportunities.

Remember, headhunters are there to help fill roles for their clients, so if they have a mandate that fits your profile, they will likely reach out. But don't hesitate to make the first move if you feel it's been quiet for a while. Keep your chin up, and remember, no news isn't necessarily bad news!
