Buddy of mine is doing equity secondaries, larger shop doing a mix of GP and LP. Base as first year associate was $100K with 100% target bonus. Not sure if he got a raise / what comp will look like for him next cycle
100k seems really low. What kind of AUM did this fund have?
200K all-in doesn't sound that low for a first-year associate though.
what's BX Strategic Partners analyst base?
Any Idea of WL balance at Strat? is it more similar to regular PE or Secondaries?
