The good news about Oak Tree is that there is a high level of autonomy and good deal exposure. It’s middle of the road in terms of support for time off and work-life balance averaging 60 hours a week. They are definitely at one of the biggest names in LA. They have some of the hardest interviews so breaking in can be a challenge.
