Off cycle logistics

With off-cycle starting up in the coming weeks for us that weren't successful on-cycle, what do logistics typically look like? I.e., when a HH sends an outreach email, do we have to respond super fast? Asking because want to also be able to juggle work responsibilities and I realize that off-cycle typically has much slower timelines
