Offcycle Hits

Is anyone else having issues with offcycle PE recruiting traction right now? I'm a first year at a well respected MM (HL/Jeff/Baird) in the industrials group and getting absolutely no hits. I think my resume is honestly pretty decent with several sizable deals but funds aren't reaching back out for interviews... I've only been applying to MM funds so I would imagine I could get at least the first round interview... Is anyone else having this issue right now?

Second year at a mid-tier BB with very solid experience (several multi-billion transactions). Struggling to get traction even with funds that have that operate in the same industry I cover via the HHs.

I’ve started doing cold outreach and managed to get myself in a couple processes that way.
