Does what you study (major) in college matter at all when it comes to on-cycle recruiting? Student at HYPWS, with a 3.8. I'm currently thinking about potentially switching majors and was interested to see if major choice had any impact on on-cycle recruiting. Is major irrelevant, and GPA, School, Bank Group much more important?
