On vs off cycle - any regrets?
Just curious. For those who did on cycle, do you regret not doing off cycle? For those who did off cycle, do you regret not doing on cycle?

Tried on-cycle because I received an opportunity, didn’t work out. Didn’t “bomb” it so was able to keep good report with HH.
Ultimately I was just not prepped enough. I learned and will be ready for off-cycle and am happy I can do more research on what I want.
Had FOMO when I pulled out of on-cycle, felt way less stressed, and am happy for those who did well
