What would you advise for someone who is currently in operations within a KKR/Bain/Carlyle-level PE but I would like to make the move to an analyst role. Does anyone know about the mobility within top tier PE and alternative asset management, or have any experience making this jump. I am aware there are other posts on this topic, but most have to do with IB, and I was wondering if there might be different information regarding PE/Alt. Asset Mgmt?
