Highly buttoned up. NYC office has some relaxation at the margins though obviously isn’t filled with Miss Congenialities either. Get the sense that London might be roughly less verticalized than New York has become the last few years. But never met someone in London who didn’t act like or felt like they didn’t have to act like every day was an interview. Great deal volume though
