Don't know specifics - but my subjective perception is that comp is below market (can't recall where I got that so take it with a grain of salt please). Can get another job from there if you have no options. They are big and should have good deal flow. If closer to analyst then it probably sucks if they underpay but do your time and leave. But if you have an offer they should just be able to tell you the answer.
