• Are they likely to merge the teams (asset management, transactions, fundraising, client services, etc.), or could layoffs be on the horizon at Empira?

• Will they close any offices, especially if there’s overlap? (Transactions, Client Services for instance)

• Anyone experienced something similar? How did that play out?

• Curious to hear any insights or experiences with similar deals, especially in terms of how they handle integration and employee impact.

Based in an office where they (Partners) are already present (think English speaking office) and thinking if I should start applying for other jobs full time? Already started and having interviews lined up to be prepared for layoffs. Been at Partners before (short period) and know they are ruthless…
