For those who are at VP level (sr. associates welcome if you have it like that): what is the max total purchase price you were able to qualify for on a nice home/condo?
Note: assume no outside assets [i.e. funded on the basis of your compensation from PE/IB only]
Appreciate any tips on:
1. optimizing purchase price in this market
2. neighborhoods you like
3. mortgage providers you like
