PE Associate Interview - 30 min case study
Any tips on what to focus on for case study interviews where they give you 30 minutes to review materials on your own and then 30 minutes to walk through the case with the interviewer?

Haha 2nd year at a BB actually - but just started PE recruiting. What are the main things to focus on for these / good way to structure?
There's so many factors to think about: Op. leverage, margins, cash flow stability, etc etc
How should we structure these? buckets?
