1st year associate pay seems pretty standard at a large MM or megafund ($250k-350k, unless you're at Apollo/H&F/Centerbridge in which case you're getting paid close to twice that) - how does that grow over time? What do 2nd/3rd years or senior associates get paid? Towards the 3rd year/senior associate level I'd imagine that some form of carry or phantom carry starts kicking in?
