PE Associate Prep

Hey all -

Any advice for PE prep? Starting a megafund in a few months, coming from a BB.

To help narrow down the question, perhaps these questions would be better: 1) What is expected of a megafund PE associate on day one, 6 months in, 1 year in? 2) Knowing you have ~3-4 months before the jump, what are some things you can do now to make sure you can hit the ground running?

Thanks and I appreciate any wisdom!
