Have realized that in the long run, I see myself wanting to enter the allocation space at an endowment/foundation.
Joining a tier 2 RX shop (PWP/Gugg/Laz) and curious if it's recommended to spend 2 years in a buyside before making the move? And if certain roles are viewed more favorably by the industry
