PE Comp in this Market

Hi everyone, 

I just got an offer from a mid-market PE firm (about 13B AUM) for June 2023. The base is 100k and but the bonus is only 25-30k. I understand that the market is not great now for fresh graduates, but the bonus is weak. Can I have your takes?

Like shskakak said, if that's associate comp you need to walk away. If that's analyst comp (you mentioned fresh grad so I think I know the fund) then you should jump in and not ask questions.
