Hey all,
Extremely new to the banking scene and still in undergrad. Was looking at internships and found one at a Private Equity firm where comp was 100% related to the firms performance and your performance in whatever projects you worked/assisted on. Sounds kind of strange to me but figured asking the professionals would give me a better answer.
