I'm curious if you guys have seen pari passu equity and debt issuances at the beginning period of real estate and / or infrastructure private equity projects. I saw this structure in some case studies of WSP and BIWS, but I think that is quite unreal since (to my understanding) equity is always fully invested before any kind of senior or mezzanine debt.
