PE GPA
What is the minimum GPA that will not hold you back in the PE recruiting process? Can someone with a 3.6 from a lower target (think Cornell/Duke/Georgetown/Berkeley) at a MM bank still get looks? Also, do headhunters still reach out to analysts with these kinds of credentials? Would it be better to hold off until 2nd year on-cycle recruiting with this profile so as to get solid deal experience to talk about?
