PE HF Headhunting
I’m a recent college graduate working in PE secondaries at a top investment firm. I recently got reached out to by a headhunter and I’m interested in exploring my options. Can anyone tell me more about what careers are PE shops (specifically in venture capital) are like? What skills are most necessary and how quantitative the roles can be? What are the key skills needed for different PE strategies? And does anyone know what the interview process is like?
