Just read the WSJ article stating the NFL is on the cusp of passing a new policy that will allow them to sell up to 10% of their teams to a select group of preapproved private equity firms.
Does anyone have experience investing in other sports teams/leagues and care to shed some light on what the job is like? I'm a big sports fan so this seems like a fun space to be in, but wanted to see from the community what its like being on the deal side of this and managing sports related investments.
