PE interview for an internship
Hi Monkeys
Friend of mine has asked me how to prepare for an internship interview in PE.
I have never experienced interviewing at that level of PE.
I've told him to look at technicals / paper LBO etc
What would you suggest he focuses on? He has been told to prepare equally between technicals and operational type questions for example how would you value a coffee shop followed by say we buy it at 10x Ebitda how would we improve margins etc.
By that vain what other operational type questions can be asked to an intern?
