PE Investor Framework

Hi folks. Can you help me create a general framework on how to evaluate a business service company?

For context, I have a case study interview that I will have to present to a MM PE firms. I have always covered retail business and I am trying to understand the best way possible how to think about a bussiness service company from an investor perspective.

Merits, risks, KPIs, etc.
