Hi all,
So I am interviewing next week for a PE associate role beginning in summer 2025 next week and the first round is a 15-20 minute call with what seems like their internal recruiter / HR. Are the fit / behavioral questions He Would as the same as IB interviews? I’ve looked around online and have not seen any instances of an HR interview for this type of role. If anyone has had an experience similar to this, I’d really appreciate any insights.
