PE Opening up apps already!!??
I’ve been hearing from a decent amount of people that PE shops are already recruiting undergrads for right after college. I’ve been hearing that they are recruiting before any of us have even touched the IB desk or had any of the training. Also not just obscure funds doing this. I’ve heard that Carlyle and TPG have already had first rounds, with more places like KKR opening up to. Does anyone have any insight on this at all?
