PE Prestige Compared to FP&A for Mid Level Roles
At the Mid Level (Post 2 years IB) how much better is it to be in PE compared to FP&A, but considering if the pay was identical. Hours are still worse in PE than FP&A, but the base and bonus are identical, is the long term career boost payoff worth extra "free" work.
