I was directly contacted for an associate position in PE Real Estate for one of the largest Asset Management companies in London.
Does anyone have experience with working for such a company?
How much do they pay? (I have 4 years work experience in RE and IBD with a wide network in the RE industry)
How are the working hours and career paths, exit options and current environment for PERE?
Do they usually pay a starting bonus for moving to London?

What are the best/most prestigious REPE funds in London? I have the impression its Blackstone/TPG... What are the best Real Estate Banking groups to break into those funds? How is pay? How are hours? Is it true that hours are slightly better than Corporate PE/"normal" IB?
