Career Resources
As always, it depends on what you want to do. Did you enjoy your time in REPE? Have they talked to you about full-time offers?
One thing I would consider is that REPE is fairly specialized, whereas the consulting would give you exposure to a wider range of skills. What do you want to do down the road? MBA admissions may be another thing to consider since consulting is often viewed favorably by adcoms.

Thanks for the help.
As far as "transferability" goes, would you recommend I look at getting into IB for a few years? The IB firms haven't come through my campus yet, but will be in the coming weeks. Would I realistically have a shot at getting FT in IB due to my experience in PE?
