How does on-cycle pe recruiting work nowadays? I will be interning at a top BB this summer and assuming I get a full-time offer curious what the next steps would be. And yes, I know I need to focus on getting the offer first but want a mental road map on what's next. I'm also from a non-target and lack any connections in pe.
