Some of my friends from masters in finance program all just got jobs at MM banks and are already recruiting… I’m in M& Advisory consulting… so not IB.. but I went to a high rated program and have a good resume with an investment banking internship. I want to get into PE but definitely doesn’t seem like I am getting headhunted. I am just shocked they are talking about recruiting. Is this for 2026? These people haven’t even done a deal….. How do I break in?
