PE Secondaries/Co-investment Interviews?

Hey guys,

How different is secondaries/co-investment analyst interviews from direct PE analyst interviews? I know there is going to be a 1 - 1.5 hrs of case study. Do they also test simple LBO models? Just trying to get an idea of what I should be studying/preparing.

I would also love to hear more insight on day-to-day tasks. Do you do some modeling or is it just management diligence?

I have an interview with a secondaries/co-investment analyst role and am trying to figure out what kind of learning experiences there are.

Thanks!
