Are there any PE Firms (ideally UMM/ MF) where I can do a secondment for 1 or 2 years? Would like to experience PE for the skills and learning but not certain I want to do it in the long term. My MBB also has full MBA sponsorship that I'd like to take advantage of, so leaving and then returning is not really an option
