Anyone able to share some info on the PGIM Private infra team's deal flow, culture, team quality? I've seen plenty of old threads on PGIM Private real estate (mostly positive feedback) but I'm an infra guy and haven't seen anything about that side of the shop. Looks like a credit-focused strategy (mezz and structured equity).
Also interested in any info on their interview process, case/modeling assessment, and office location(s) - infra appears to sit mostly in Newark, can anyone confirm?
