Post associate level PE BD Comp
Hey everyone - currently working on private equity after a few years in BB IB. Have started to look at new opportunities and was curious to learn more about PE BD roles at large, established funds like L Catterton, Stone Point, Oak Hill, etc. Does anyone know what day to day responsibilities typically are and what the compensation trajectory would be from associate -> senior associate ~> VP ~> principal would look like from a cash & carry perspective? Not even sure these roles get carry, but curious nonetheless give I have private equity investing experience
